Entrepreneurship DevelopmentThe course explains the art, drive and knowledge necessary for a young successful entrepreneur. The training will equip you with entrepreneurship competency skills that will enable you to pursue your dreams at an early age and become an employer and not an employee. The skills are aimed at shifting your mindset in starting and running a business. The training is conducted in a fun and sociable environment.
Business PlanningDesigned for business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready to create a business plan. The course covers drafting the business plan; identifying the audience; gathering information; researching; describing product; and marketing, sales, and financials. Participants will come away from the course energized and ready to write a business plan.
Negotiating and ContractingDefinition of negotiating and contacting, the elements of a contract, preparation and planning for negotiating, the language of negotiation, how to avoid stalemates or lose-lose situation, negotiating the buy-sell contract, closing and reaching agreement, acceptance time and post-negotiating review and contract of agreement.
Customer ServiceCreative Customer Service is a course aimed at achieving a customer driven culture that is based upon the company’s vision. Having a satisfied customer is not enough. Clients tend to be silent because they are tired of using products that do not carry any service attributes. What is required are fans of a product and not satisfied customers. A good focus on the company’s vision and customers’ wants is needed to win and maintain product fans. We will help organisations to create fans for their products and services.
